Sorrel derives from the Hibiscus plant. Hibiscus is a plant that is rich in antioxidants such as Beta-carotene, Vitamin C and Anthocyanin. It is found in many countries today but originally came from Mauritius, Fiji and China. There are different types of Hibiscus but this particular one is called Sabdariffa. Many people drink it as a tea and it is also commonly known as Sorrel or Roselle. It is one of the most powerful anti-ageing plants active.

Ginger is used as a spice for flavouring food, beers and for folk medicine. Ginger contains a diverse array of many important vitamins and minerals such as Zinc, Copper and Manganese. It also contains Gingerol, which is a compound with potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that has been linked to many unique health benefits.

Cinnamon is a spice obtained from the inner bark of several tree species from the genus Cinnamomum. Mainly found in China and Indoesia and like Ginger and Turmeric, it is used as a flavouring and spice in cooking and drinks such as cocktails.
